3 Ingredient High Protein Mango Mousse
Refreshing high protein mango mousse using 3 ingredients and real mangoes!

- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cup mango frozen or fresh
- 2 cup high protein Greek yogurt
In a small bowl, stir together gelatin powder and cold water.
Add mango and yogurt to a blender and mix until smooth.
Add gelatin mixture to a small sauce pan (it should be 1 congealed piece). Heat over low heat until it melts and is warmed (do not boil or it will ruin the integrity of the gelatin and it will not set).
Add warmed gelatin to mango mixture and blend until smooth.
Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate until set (about 3-4 hrs).
