Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cup mango frozen or fresh
  • 2 cup high protein Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, stir together gelatin powder and cold water.
  • Add mango and yogurt to a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Add gelatin mixture to a small sauce pan (it should be 1 congealed piece). Heat over low heat until it melts and is warmed (do not boil or it will ruin the integrity of the gelatin and it will not set).
  • Add warmed gelatin to mango mixture and blend until smooth.
  • Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate until set (about 3-4 hrs).
