5 Min Spicy Tuna Bowl (Easy and Healthy!)

edamame

instant sticky rice
I used Bibigo brand from Costco

light mayo

can
tuna in water
drained (I used skipjack)

green onion
chopped

cup
cucumber
diced
sriracha sauce
furikake
option
Instructions
Add edamame into a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup water and microwave for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Heat rice as per instructions (tear film up to dotted line and microwave for 90 seconds). Remove seal and let cool.
Mix rice, tuna, edamame, mayo, cucumber, green onions until combined. Top with sriracha and furikake (optional). Enjoy with roasted seaweed!
