8 Min Healthy Air Fryer Miso Salmon Recipe
Quick, easy, and healthy miso salmon made in the air fryer in just 8 minutes!

- 1 Salmon filet (200g)
- 1 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cooking wine I used shao xing wine
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients (except salmon) together.
Place salmon filet on parchment paper and spread miso mixture on all sides of salmon. Let rest for 10 min or longer. Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer to 375F.
Cut parchment paper to best fit your salmon (to ensure the edges don't blow around and cover your salmon). Cook salmon in air fryer for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
