Cheese cake is the TOP favorite treat foods my clients LOVE!

In all honesty, who doesn’t love cheesecake?!

There’s something about the soft, creamy, cheesy, and sweet cakes that are just SO good!

A slice of restaurant cheesecake can be up to 750 calories! That can be more calories than your meal.

That’s why I created this easy, lower calorie, higher protein option.

One of these individual cheesecakes is ONLY 10% of the restaurant cheesecake- and tastes just as good (according to my husband).

Without the cookie crust, each cheesecake is 75 cal OR with the cookie crust, each cheesecake is 105 calories. Either option also offer 4g protein.

Both crust and crust-less taste great!

This cheesecakes uses only SIX (crust-less) or SEVEN (with crust), all natural ingredients (I don’t like artificial ingredients!).

It’s a completely fail-proof recipe because it’s just SOO EASY!

This cheesecake is higher in protein because I use high protein, lower fat but not ZERO fat (0 fat doesn’t taste good!) yogurt and egg whites.

I used Maria cookies as an easy crust or you can also go crust less (just as good!).

You can also swirl in some raspberry/strawberry jam for a berry option or top it with fresh berries.

The jam I used is only 20 cal/tbsp and I added about 1/2 tsp/cheesecake. So that’s less than an additional 5 calories.
